I had every intention of making these pillowy, minty delights this week (Because, hello? We can make these at home? Hooray!) and sharing my candy-making adventure with you, but I’ve been summoned for a last minute business trip. I still have every intention of following through with this, but I’ll be behind by a few days. Hopefully you’re too busy baking holiday cookies, decorating, and wasting gobs of time on Pinterest to be too sad about my absence. But secretly I do hope you’re just a little bit sad.
